These Terms govern your use of PhysioPrime, a platform that connects users with independent physiotherapists and occupational therapists for home visit services. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

2. Nature of Service

PhysioPrime is a technology platform only, not a healthcare provider. All therapists are independent professionals, not employees. PhysioPrime does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

3. User Eligibility

Must be 18 years or older and must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Booking & Payments

Booking is confirmed only after successful payment. Prices may vary based on location and service type. Payments are processed via secure third-party gateways.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • More than 2 hours before → Refund (after platform fee deduction)
  • Within 2 hours → No refund
  • After session starts → No refund
  • Therapist cancels → Full refund or reschedule

6. User Responsibilities

Provide correct address/contact, maintain respectful behavior, and follow therapist guidance during sessions.

7. Platform Rights

Suspend or terminate accounts for misuse. Modify services, pricing, or policies at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

Not responsible for treatment outcomes or liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from service use.

9. Intellectual Property

All content belongs to PhysioPrime. Unauthorized use of logos, text, or interface is prohibited.

3. Medical Disclaimer

PhysioPrime does not provide medical advice. All services are provided by independent physiotherapists and occupational therapists.

Users should consult a doctor before starting therapy. PhysioPrime is not responsible for injury, complications, or results.

Name, phone number, address, booking details, and payment details (processed securely via third parties).

2. How We Use Data

To provide and manage bookings, connect users with therapists, and improve service quality.

3. Location Data

PhysioPrime collects precise location data of users to identify customer location and help physiotherapists reach the service address. Location data is collected even when the app is closed or not in use, only when permitted, in the background for active service requests.

4. Data Retention

User data is retained for up to 2 years or as required by applicable laws. After this period, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

5. Data Sharing

We may share data with therapists (for service delivery), payment providers, and legal authorities if required.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable security measures, but no system is 100% secure. We prioritize encryption for all sensitive data transfers.

7. User Rights

You can request to update or delete your data by contacting our support team.

8. Cookies & Tracking

The app may use basic tracking for performance metrics and analytics to improve user experience.

9. Policy Updates

We may update this policy at any time. Changes will be notified through the app interface.

5. Refund Policy

Clear "No Refund" policy after service starts. Clear "No Refund" for last-minute cancellations within the 2-hour window.

Exceptions for medical emergencies are reviewed at company discretion.
